Urban Health and Wellness is a free, nonprofit medical clinic serving people in Fulton County.  Our vision and hope is the most under-served adults in metro Atlanta have improved health and wellness and are treated with dignity and respect as we seek to be examples of God’s love for all humankind.

Urban Health and Wellness provides routine primary care, helps patients manage chronic illness and/or diseases, and helps with obtaining certain prescription medications.
