The Urban Clinic of Atlanta is a free, primary care clinic located in Fulton County serving uninsured and medically underserved adults.

Among adults under the age of 65, Georgia’s uninsured rate is 19.2%, the second highest rate in the country.

UCA’s patient population draws from across metro Atlanta – primarily from the following counties: Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Henry. 100% of patients are uninsured and living below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
